Looking at the empty clouds
Laying lazily on the bed of hay.
Yellow ball playing games with blue
Am overwhelmed "Oh! What a day !"

Attacked by sudden soft shower
Saved from drizzle by dense foliage.
A droplet scatters a mini rainbow
Leaving me in a state of amaze.

Chirping of birds in rhythm unparalleled
Wondering any better is a composer.
The crackling of geese seems music
An existing invisible world seems closer.

The red ladybird on her green mat
Rests like she has her day off.
Feeling jealous of tiny creatures
Jealous of lazy grasshopper enjoying hop.

I feel like writing, pick up my pen
Wanting to capture every detail with haste.
But I put it down with smile on my face.
My day off, today nature's at its best.

Feel the sun smiling at my face
Feel the smoothness of soft moonlight.
With time on its speedy wheels
Dreams overcoming starry nights.

A pat on a child's shoulder,
Help someone cross the street.
Shaking hands draw the strength
A smile is enough for the treat.

Contented with one's life
Is that what someone truly needs.
A little love, a little bend
Acts of kindness, selfless deeds.

Life with its ups and downs
Still retaining virtue of greatness.
Don't want joviality every moment,
Just some moments of happiness.

You can snatch my band
Make my hair disheveled.
Tease me in every way
But my pain would hurt you like hell.

You can break my toys
You can hide my dolls
Push me far entire day
But would still miss me as night crawls.

You can call me fatso
And names having no sense
Shout out that I am ugly
But still I am your princess.

Swing me with all your might
Make funny ghostly calls.
Scare me to the extreme
But will never ever let me fall.
